Welcome to Via Roma
Via Roma began with a dream inspired by the love for the city of Rome as a second home for me and my daughters, made possible by the love and encouragement of my wife, Thuli.
Rome taught me that the most meaningful moments in life aren't found in famous landmarks—they're found around the table, where food, conversation, and genuine hospitality bring people together. Thuli has always inspired me to create places where people feel welcomed, valued, and connected, and that vision became the heart of Via Roma.
The greatest souvenirs I brought home from Rome weren't things—they were the friendships, the traditions, and the feeling of belonging that I wanted to share with our community.
From our Market & Bakery to our Bistro, Wine Bar, and Dining Room, every part of Via Roma was created with one purpose: to bring people together through authentic Italian hospitality and create lasting memories around the table.
